Juan Carlos Riesco, AIA LEED AP established Riesco Architects, PA in 1987 with its office originally located in Miami, FL. The company later relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 1994 in order to better serve its expanding client base in the tri-county area. After nearly 15 years of service in Broward County, a Coral Gables branch office was opened in early 2009 and now serves as the corporate headquarters for the firm.
